Ricardo is focused on the people. He believes that the La Puente City Council has been unresponsive to the needs of our community for far too long. Our historic downtown area remains abandoned by our elected leaders whom have relegated their duty of investing in our small businesses and transforming our local economy. Ricardo will work on policies that are geared towards its residents and bring the necessary investments to our community’s long-term wellbeing. We need affordable housing, universal healthcare, improved infrastructure, including public transit, and more. We need to transform our local government so that it serves its people, not just those at the very top. Together, we can do this.
